We started out to compile a directory of locally owned and operated businesses that our REALTOR® members currently use, as a resource for other members. A list of businesses that they can refer their clients and friends too, with confidence.  We asked our members for their “go-to companies” when it comes to referrals for their clients. We soon realized that this would be a great asset for our community and quickly expanded and developed the idea into a new Affiliate Membership for Local Pros. A way to connect with local pros, read verified reviews & get fair pricing for all your home projects & real estate or property services — with “Find a Pro”.

Our Affiliate Program is an exclusive membership because we are not looking for a thousand business members, we are looking for the right business, it is a matter of quality over quantity. We want to refer to local businesses but only to the right local businesses.

To become a member, the business must meet specific criteria.

• The business must be locally owned and operated,
• Must have been in business for multiple years,
• They must be involved or live in the community.
• They must have a recommendation for a REALTOR® member.
