Nancy Rogers Master Instructor

Nancy Rogers has been a Realtor for over 34 years. Prior to her real estate career at the Lake , Nancy and her husband lived overseas in Kenya, the Ivory Coast, Gabon, Cameroon, Singapore, The Philippines, and Hong Kong, where she actually started her real estate career. They bought their lake home in 1978 as a vacation retreat and moved here full time in 1990. Nancy is the Broker/owner of Lake Buy Realty. She has held all officer positions at LOBR and chaired most committees. At present she is serving as a State Director Emeritus. On the State level, Nancy is a past President of WCR and CRS. She has chaired the Education Committee, Risk Management Committee, Impact Committee and Bylaws Committee. She has served on the Board of Directors, is an RPAC Trustee,  and currently sits on the Residential Forms Committee and Missouri Realtor Relief Foundation. She has won the Brady Steven’s Award, state WCR Member of the Year, and state CRS Member of the Year.

Barbara Head Master Instructor

Barbara Head is a seasoned real estate professional with over 40 years of industry expertise spanning Missouri and Texas. She built and operated her own successful brokerage in Missouri for more than 25 years, establishing herself as a trusted name in the market. Barbara has served as the secretary and president of the Ozark Trail Board of Realtors, as well as the new membership code of ethics instructor. Barbara has also been a trustee on various state and national committees, reflecting her deep involvement in shaping the future of the real estate profession.

Prior to this, Barabara was the Regional Sales Manager for Century 21 Judge Fite Company, she oversaw an office of over 60 agents, where her leadership in new agent training and seasoned agent coaching has helped elevate countless careers. For the past decade, Barbara has been a driving force at Texas’ largest real estate brokerage, where she has supervised, trained, and coached agents to new heights.

Barbara’s passion lies in mentorship—working closely with both emerging and seasoned agents, she is known for her hands-on approach to education, providing personalized training and expert coaching. Her dedication to developing agents’ technical skills, confidence, and strategic thinking has empowered them to reach their highest potential in an ever-evolving market. This commitment to nurturing talent has made her an invaluable asset and a respected figure in the real estate community.
